Kudafly (kudafly.com) is a free flight search tool run by an individual based in Canada. By using it you accept these terms. You must be 18 or over.
We don't sell tickets
Kudafly is not an airline or a travel agency. We show flights and link to the sites that sell them. Your booking, payment, changes, refunds and any complaint about a flight are between you and the airline or agency, under their terms.
Prices and flights
Prices and schedules come from third parties and can change at any moment. Some are recent prices seen by other travellers rather than live quotes, and arrival times may be estimates; we mark these where we know it. Check the final price and details on the seller's site before you pay.
How results are ranked
Flights are scored on price first, then total travel time and number of stops, adjusted for layover length, overnight or very short connections, departure time, your stated preferences and how complete the flight's details are. The AI then picks a few options for your request from these results. Flights from nearby airports are listed after the main results and marked. Nobody can pay for a better position.
How Kudafly earns money
Some links are affiliate links, currently those to Aviasales through Travelpayouts. If you book through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This never affects ranking.
The AI can make mistakes
Replies are generated automatically and may be wrong or incomplete. Check anything important before relying on it.
Visas and travel documents
Visa and transit information on Kudafly is a general guide, not legal advice. Rules change and depend on your situation. You are responsible for checking entry and transit requirements with official sources, the airline or the embassy before you buy. Two separate tickets are not protected as one journey: if the first flight is late, the second airline does not have to help you.
Fair use
Use Kudafly for planning your own trips. Do not scrape it, overload it, resell it, try to bypass its limits or use the AI for anything other than flight search. We may limit or block access to protect the service.
Our content
The Kudafly name, logo, design and text belong to us. Please don't copy them without permission. Flight data belongs to its providers.
No guarantees
Kudafly is free and provided "as is", without guarantees that it is accurate, complete or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a missed flight, a refused boarding or a price change. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law, including mandatory consumer rights where you live.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for all claims connected with Kudafly is limited to US$50.
Other sites
Links lead to sites we don't control. We are not responsible for their content, prices, services or policies.
If you misuse Kudafly
If a claim is made against us because you broke these terms or misused the service, you agree to cover the resulting losses and reasonable costs, to the extent the law allows.
Changes and outages
We may change, pause or close Kudafly at any time. We are not responsible for delays or outages caused by events beyond our control, including failures of our providers.
Problems and copyright
If something goes wrong, please write to hello@kudafly.com first and give us 30 days to try to resolve it. This does not limit your legal rights. If you believe something on Kudafly infringes your rights, tell us what it is and where it appears.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without taking away mandatory protections of your country of residence. Translations are provided for convenience; if they differ, the English text applies unless the law of your country says otherwise. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
